What to expect at a Core Elements massage session
We start each session by listening to you. Taking the extra time to discover more about your body helps us guide our hands-on assessment so we can better understand your needs. This assessment is followed by a personalized plan and massage therapy treatment. We love to sharing our knowledge with you and giving you the tools you need to get the most out of your treatment. Home care will be provided to you by your therapist at the end of each treatment.
Your follow up sessions will only require a brief assessment so we can be sure you are on the best path for your needs.
