CANCELLATION POLICY

With respect to our cancellation policy,

When you book and appointment with a therapist, you are booking that therapists time and it is reserved just for you so we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or modify an appointment. The 24 hours notice will allow us to have adequate time to offer your appointment to other clients that are in need of our services.  We welcome you to send a family member of friend in your place. We do offer courtesy remind emails 48 hours prior to your booking so if 24 hours is not provided the full treatment fee will be charged.

With respect to being late for your appointment,

Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment.  If you are late arriving for your scheduled time, the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee.

We appreciate your respect to our policies as it allows us to accommodate all clients fairly and respect our therapists schedules. Our therapists generate their income solely with their bookings, if you do not come in for your scheduled appointment time they do not receive payment and clients on wait lists can not be contacted in time.  We are understanding to certain circumstances,  our therapists respect situations that arise which are out of your hands and try to accommodate when possible.
