WHAT IS MASSAGE THERAPY?

Massage Therapy is natural way to aid the body both physically and mentally.  We are trained to assess the soft tissues and joints of the body and to treat and prevent any physical dysfunction and pain.  It is a clinically proven health option that produces undeniable results to an variety of discomforts from stress, muscular over use, chronic pain and injury.

WHAT IS REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY?

Registered Massage Therapy is regulated health care profession and massage therapists have completed a 2200 hour diploma program from a recognized college.  Only members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario are permitted to use the title Massage Therapist or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).  Massage Therapists training consists of health science, pathology, nutrition, orthopedic testing, therapeutic massage and remedial exercise    training. Registered Massage Therapy is covered by most health insurance benefit plans, with a receipt, which is issued at the time of your treatment.
