Breathing is one of our most important tools in life. For some, they might use it during a massage to stay relaxed, others as a way to center themselves when things are too much.

Practicing your breathing helps to avoid stress and promote relaxation, which is why meditation is so great; it’s a great way to practice different breathing techniques.
